This privacy policy applies to the Android app Bracket Crew: Hoops Challenge, package com.tuanapps.bracketcrew, published on Google Play by the developer MQ Co.,Ltd (“we”, “us”).

1. What stays on your phone

Practice brackets, mock brackets, quiz answers, streaks and settings are stored only on your device.

2. What is sent to our server

There is no sign-in, no password and no e-mail. The first time you use a crew, the season bracket, pick'em or an early call, the app creates a random player ID and token and sends:

• the name you choose (a first name or nickname),
• your brackets (picks, bracket name, tiebreaker, practice scores), pick'em picks, early calls and daily quiz points,
• the crews you create or join, and the reactions and preset messages you post in a crew feed (there is no free-text chat).

Crew members see each other's names, scores, early calls and – after tip-off – brackets. Practice scores with your name appear on the public all-time boards. The server runs on Cloudflare (Workers and D1). We do not sell or share this data and do not use it for advertising. Data is sent over HTTPS.

3. Deleting your data

In the app open Me → Delete my data: your name, brackets, picks, calls and crew memberships are removed from the server at once. You can also e-mail tuanlt1989@gmail.com with your player name. Removing the app deletes what is stored on your phone.

4. Advertising and analytics

The app shows no ads and contains no advertising or analytics SDK. It does not use the advertising ID.

5. Reminders

Optional reminders (quiz streak, bracket lock) are local notifications scheduled on your phone; nothing is sent for them.

6. In-app purchases

The Season Pass and the Crew Pass (one-time) are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

7. Children and gambling

The app is not directed at children. It has no real-money games, entry fees or prizes; points exist only inside the app.

8. Reports

You can report an offensive player name in any crew; reported names are hidden.
